How to amplify your GREATNESS:

1. Review Your Habits

Take a look at the following areas of your life. Write down the habits you have developed in each area. Which habits are supporting your greatness and which are not? Be honest; this is a judgement-free zone!

Having a vision for your dream life

Having clearly defined goals

Reviewing your goals regularly

Having a morning routine that increases your productivity and happiness

Daily meditation

Regular exercise

Regularly connecting to the present moment

Expressing gratitude

Commitment to your personal development

Your belief in your own greatness

2. Develop Your Plan for Greatness

Now that you are aware of your habits, which ones are you committed to changing? Pick 2 habits from the list above that you'd like to improve in the next 30 days.

Set a specific goal, write out your action plan and (the most important thing for me) put it in your calendar. For example, you may want to work on expressing gratitude more regularly. Your goal could be to send one thank you text a day for the next 30 days. In each text, you want to share a recent interaction with them that you are grateful for. Block 10 minutes on your calendar everyday at lunchtime to send a text.

3. Commit to Your Meditation Practice

This is where I started my mindfulness practice and if you're like me, I'm on and off with this one. Recently, I noticed that I was stress eating, having anxiety attacks FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER and was pretty low energy. I was reflecting on what the cause of this was and I thought - oh crap! I haven't meditated in 2 weeks! I had been out of my normal rountine (yeah, that COVID thing hit me hard too) and before I knew it, I was skipping my meditations. And...it was having a big impact on my life.

If you are meditating regularly, good for you! How can you go a little deeper? Can you try a different style, like including mantras? Or, if you're like me and you consider yourself a "regular meditator" that may not be meditating regularly, lean into this habit! Trust me! As soon I got back in the habit, my anxiety eased and I felt more centered.

If you're interested in deepening your meditation practice (or heck, maybe even starting a consistent one), I have a GUIDED MEDITATION that will help you discover your joy and unlock what's holding you back.
